Tobey joins Noelle Day Spa & Salon!

Tobey Brinkmann has been an active stylist for almost 15 years.  She was a part time Educator for Redken for more than three years before accepting a position as a full time Redken Artistic Educator 4 years ago.  As a stylist as well as an educator her passion has always been color.  She combines a strong technical skill and her artistic creativity to create fresh, up to date styles for all of her clients.  Although color has been a focus throughout her career she also excels at Men’s cutting by understanding the special needs and challenges men have in the salon experience.
