Our appointment cancellation policy requires a 24 hour notice. Cancellations on spa packages require 72 hours notice. Bridal package cancellation requires a one week notice.
A 50% deposit is required on all Bridal and Spa packages. Deposits cannot be reimbursed if appointments are not cancelled according to policy.
To maintain a relaxing environment for all of our clients, we ask that you please put cellphones on vibrate once you leave the waiting area. We ask that all patrons not having a serviced performed to please remain in the waiting area.
To ensure that your needs are best served, we encourage you to reschedule for services before you leave the salon. We know this isn't always possible and we will always do our best to accommodate walk-ins or call-ins.
We reserve the right to change out prices without notice.
